Daily News: Catch & kill Case

Daily News: Marc Held, Partner at Held & Hines, Quoted Regarding Catch & kill Case

Lawyer: More documents possible from doorman in Trump “Catch and Kill” deal with Enquirer

A newly unmuzzled ex-Trump World Tower doorman is poised to share new details about his just-canceled “catch and kill” deal regarding President Trump’s alleged love child.

The parent company of the National Enquirer released former Trump employee Dino Sajudin from the gag order that accompanied a $30,000 hush money payoff three years ago, his attorney Marc Held told the Daily News on Saturday.

“I do suspect he may release another statement and potentially new documents in the future,” said Held of his client after American Media Inc. rescinded the deal. “Mr. Sajudin hopes the truth will come out in the very near future.”

Under the AMI agreement, Sajudin agreed that neither he nor anyone under “his supervision or control will discuss or in any way disclose” the details regarding Trump’s alleged sex romps with a housekeeper who supposedly became pregnant with the future president’s daughter. Trump has five other children from his three marriages.
