Held & Hines Settled Unsecured Juno Ride Share Drivers’ Claims in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. See Case 19-12484-MFW Doc 236-1 Filed 02/20/20 .
Juno USA agreed to pay the unsecured creditors “an amount equal to $875,000, and all fees and expenses of the Committee’s Retained Professionals which “shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the sum of $375,000 (the
“Committee Professional Fee Cap”).
This is a huge victory for Juno USA Drivers and their attorneys Held & Hines, LLP, as the case weaved its way to justice commencing with a filing in New York State Supreme Court to American Arbitration Association and finally to the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
