Edward S. Miller

Edward S. Miller has had extensive practice in real estate law for the past 33 years.  His areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate, REO’s and foreclosures, coops and condominiums, as well as both residential and commercial financing.   Edward is adept in representing both the seasoned investor and the first time home buyer.  He is well versed in all aspects of the drafting of real estate contracts, mortgages and notes, and leases as well.  He is also experienced in the drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, living wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney.  In addition, Edward has successfully represented businesses during his many years of practice, including purchases and sales, financing, and has counseled countless individuals in the creation and running of a successful business in New York.
