NEW SUIT – CLASS ACTION
Robinhood, a stock trading app, was hit with a data breach class action Wednesday in New York Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Held & Hines on behalf of current and former customers who allege that Robinhood failed to safeguard their personal information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-06253, Zullo et al v. Robinhood Markets, Inc.
